Erasers

Erasers are the small tools that keep pencil work tidy. This collection features the Sun-Star Animal Eraser, which slowly reveals an animal shape as it wears down. It comes in Shiba Inu and Cat (Hachiware) designs and suits school, drawing, journaling and everyday pencil use.

Because the animal appears gradually, the eraser gets more fun the longer you use it, and it makes an easy small gift. Small items like this are also a simple way to try Japanese stationery for the first time. Pair it with a mechanical pencil from our Mechanical Pencils collection for a complete writing set, or use the Pen & Pencil Finder to match tools to how you write.
