Marukaku carefully packages every order to help ensure your Japanese stationery arrives safely.
Processing and Delivery
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping costs $6.99 for orders of $50 or less. Orders over $50 ship free. Estimated delivery dates appear at checkout.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weekends, holidays, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
If we cannot ship your order within the estimated timeframe, we will contact you and provide the option to accept the delay or cancel the affected order for a refund. This reflects FTC requirements for delayed online orders.
Tracking
When available, tracking information will be emailed after your order ships. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Contact us immediately if you notice an error. Address changes are not guaranteed after an order begins processing. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect it.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Contact us if your order arrives damaged, is missing an item, or has not arrived within the estimated delivery period.
Please include your order number and photos of any damaged products or packaging. We may need to contact the shipping carrier before issuing a replacement or refund.
