These Terms and Conditions apply when you visit www.marukaku.com, create an account, or purchase products from us. By using our website, you agree to these terms.

Products

Marukaku sells Japanese stationery and related products. We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions, images, colors, measurements, and prices. However, product packaging, colors, and minor details may vary.

All products are subject to availability.

Orders and Payments

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or limit an order because of unavailable inventory, incorrect pricing, payment issues, suspected fraud, or purchase-limit violations.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the canceled amount.

Prices, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are displayed during checkout.

Shipping

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect the package.

International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, and carrier fees.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Refund and Return Policy.

Eligible products must generally be unused, unopened, and returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened or used stationery and consumable products are normally non-returnable unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Report damaged, missing, defective, or incorrect products within 7 days of delivery.

Accounts and Rewards

You are responsible for keeping your account information and password secure.

Marukaku rewards, points, and discounts have no cash value and may be subject to separate rules, expiration dates, and product exclusions. Points earned from refunded or canceled purchases may be removed.

Website Use

You may not use the website to commit fraud, interfere with its operation, access another customer’s account, misuse promotions, introduce harmful software, or violate applicable laws.

We may suspend accounts, cancel orders, or restrict access when these terms are violated.

Intellectual Property

Marukaku’s website design, branding, photographs, written content, and graphics may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or used commercially without written permission.

Third-party product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marukaku is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or legal protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
